数字医疗及大语言模型视角下的干预疗法创新

Innovative Interventions for Anxiety Based on Digital Health & LLM

焦虑最普遍的心理障碍，在中国和世界范围都是影响生产力的重要致病因素。针对焦虑的有效干预方法尚未被广泛运用。提高其可及性已经被临床心理学和公共卫生领域的学者们确定为当务之急。数字技术，如智能手机和网站，已成为提高心理干预的可及性的有效工具，使得心理干预不仅局限于咨询室，还能在更广泛的范围内应用。牟文婷博士团队开发了一款微信程序，致力于研究其在缓解学业焦虑方面的干预效果。

同时，我们的研究团队以认知行为疗法和暴露疗法为蓝本，训练大语言模型对焦虑障碍进行个性化的循证干预。这些干预措施的设计不仅基于心理学理论，而且结合了最先进的技术，以实现个性化和可拓展的治疗方法。我们旨在验证这些AI干预措施的有效性和安全性，希望能够为焦虑人群提供一个更加创新和可靠的治疗选择。

动态风险预测模型

Dynamic Risk Modeling

青少年抑郁，自杀/非自杀性自伤的问题随着社会节奏加快，在我国青少年群体中的发病、终身致残率逐年升高，是儿童和青少年的重大的公共卫生问题，给社会以及无数家庭造成沉重负担。以往学界对于抑郁，自杀/非自杀性自伤到预测大多是横断面研究，因果推断能力较低，同时，目前学界对于预测研究大多假设风险因素是静态不变的，但已有大量研究显示无论是风险因素还是病程都是高度变化的。

牟文婷博士团队基于纵向多点追踪数据，采用分层多元逻辑斯蒂回归、机器学习、时间变异协变量生存分析、潜变量成长模型等方法，对这一问题进行深入探索。
