研究方向

研究方向主要聚焦在机器学习与神经科学的交叉领域,以智能系统的持续学习与终身适应能力为切入点,发展人工智能与生物智能的通用计算模型,并推动其在科学智能、智慧医疗、AIGC、具身智能等关键场景中的应用。

Brain4AI: 围绕生物智能的基本学习、适应与演化范式,深度融合不同层次生物学习记忆系统的功能优势与实现机制,推动人工智能在与真实世界动态交互中实现灵活决策、高效更新、实时响应、随机应变等关键能力,探索自主学习、自我演进的通用智能系统。

Efficient AI: 围绕大模型智能体的实际应用需求,发展持续预训练、持续微调、持续高效扩展等灵活高效的新型学习范式与关键技术,重点关注模型在资源受限环境中的迁移性、适应性与可扩展性,提升多任务、多模态、多阶段场景中的更新效率。

AI4Brain: 构建适用于人工智能与生物智能的持续学习通用计算模型,挖掘生物学习记忆系统实现持续学习的新机理,为人工智能提供更多启发。结合基础模型的高效迁移学习与生理信号的多模态生成方法,辅助心理与认知科学研究,探寻智能的本质。

AI4Health: 面向心理与生理健康的关键需求,融合多模态学习、持续学习、生成模型、时序数据分析、视频动作分析等人工智能技术,发展多模态生理信号的建模、生成与分析方法,构建可泛化、可迁移、可解释的辅助诊断与监测系统。
