个人简介

卢志,清华大学助理教授,特别研究员,博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才,担任Cogni Lab (Computational Optics Guided Neural Intelligence Lab) 实验室负责人。于清华大学自动化系/脑与认知科学研究院获学士和博士学位,师从戴琼海院士。主要学术方向为计算成像、智能显微、认知计算、具身学习、科学智能等。以(共同)第一/通讯作者身份发表Cell 1篇,Nature子刊10篇,Science子刊2篇。研究兴趣包括:(1) 高维光场感知,全面获取时-空-角信息实现高速高分辨三维显微成像,建立了首次突破“时-空-角”约束的扫描光场(Cell 2021; Nat Protoc 2022)、共聚焦扫描光场(Nat Biotechnol 2024)、高NA介观活体显微(Nat Biotechnol 2026a)等系列计算成像框架;(2) 高效鲁棒重建,研究人工智能技术拓展显微图像与视频序列的速度、分辨率、鲁棒性等维度,提出了基于探索“相-空间”关联性的超分辨(Nat Methods 2023)、三维重建(Nat Methods 2025)、去噪(Nat Commun 2025; Sci Adv 2026)、去像差(Nat Biotechnol 2026b)、去散射(Nat Commun 2021)、运动补偿(Nat Commun 2026)等系列图像处理方法;(3) 认知智能解码,理解大规模细胞群体规律,助力生命科学与基础医学机理活体验证,合作支撑了药物性炎症机制解析(J Hepatol 2023; Cell Mol Immunol 2025)、微环境修复调控景观(Adv Sci 2024)、细胞级胞葬网络路径(Sci Transl Med 2025)等多项生命医药研究。授权发明专利30余项。入选福布斯中国U30科学榜(2023)、博士后创新人才支持计划(2023)、国家高层次人才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才项目(2024)、福布斯·环球联盟国际化青年领袖(2026),获得世界人工智能大会最高奖SAIL(2022,2024)、瑞士乔诺法(Dimitris N. Chorafas Prize)青年研究奖(2024)、中国光学十大进展(2022)、国际基础科学大会前沿探索奖(2023)、中国电子学会/自动化学会/北京市优博(2023)等荣誉。
