01 Centennial Logo

02 Design Philosophy
The Centennial Logo of Tsinghua Psychology adheres to the theme of "A Century of Psychological Spark, Mapping Intelligence Without Borders". It integrates three elements: the Arabic numeral "100", the infinity symbol "∞", and the Chinese character for "Heart/Mind"(心).
Symbolism of "100", "∞", and "心":
The two zeros in the numeral "100" are transformed into the infinity symbol "∞".
The combination of "100" and "∞" forms the Chinese character "心" (Heart/Mind).
This symbolizes the continuous passing of the torch in Tsinghua Psychology, honoring its century-old heritage while moving toward the future.
The Connection of "1" and "∞":
The numeral "1" is connected to the infinity symbol "∞," implying that human mental intelligence starts from an origin and inspires infinite wisdom.
It represents the mapping of a blueprint without borders and the exploration of an infinite world.
The Möbius Strip:
The design utilizes a Möbius strip, which has no boundaries and is interconnected.
This signifies that Tsinghua Psychology is currently focused on interdisciplinary integration, striving to break traditional academic boundaries.
Overall Form:
The overall shape resembles a track extending forward, facing the future with an uplifting spirit.
It demonstrates the mission and responsibility of Tsinghua Psychology in safeguarding mental and physical health and fulfilling social duties.
